We are a small business run from our home in Broomfield Colorado. We have
several residential rentals in the McKay Landing neighborhood of Broomfield,
and one in nearby Fort Collins, CO. We also have several heated, 1000 square
foot commercial garages available in a secured 24 hour access location near
Mead, CO.

We specialize in rentals that include all utilities (gas, electric, water,
sawer, trash), so you don't need to worry about transferring them, setting up a
new account, etc. Also, we offer short term, month to month leases on all of
our properies. This works great if you are looking to buy a house in the area
and don't know when closing may be. We also offer a discount if you do
want/need a year-long lease.
